Asiatique by the Riverfront has successfully combined two of the most popular shopping experiences in the city a night bazaar and a mall, Just ten minutes across the river via a free ferry service from Saphan Taksin BTS station, With over 1,500 boutiques and 40 restaurants housed under a huge warehouse complex which started life in the 1900s as a bustling trade port, Open from 5pm, Spending an evening here is no problem you will have good fun browsing the boutiques, picking up gifts or something for yourself, You are guaranteed to find something you would like to eat at one of the many restaurants catering for Thai and Western food.

The easiest and fastest way to get there is via a ferry, Take the BTS Sky Train to Saphan Taksin and jump on the free shuttle at the end of the pier. It only takes ten minutes, and the ferry runs from 4.30pm until 11.00pm . Taxis are not recommended as the traffic can be terrible in this area. From the ferry you step off onto a long boardwalk which runs for 300 metres along the river which is a very romantic walk after sunset, Wide streets run between each warehouse and Asiatique has many areas for great photo opportunity’s even providing some photographic props to help for a great picture.
